Buyer reviewPatrick did a wonderful job. We were located in Guam with a 14 hour time difference and he made it work for us staying up till late at night to write up contracts and do house tours. We could tell he truly cared and wanted what was best for us. We will definitely contact him in the future for any real estate needs.

They showed us many housing options during our limited duration visit, understood our desires, and identified suitable housing options. In addition, once we were on contract, Patrick and his team were extremely helpful in representing us at inspections and in facilitating delivery of two of our cars before we arrived. They really went above and beyond when it came to the car delivery assistance. Andy from Patrick's team helped to get both of our cars received and in the garage prior to our arrival in MD.
