Seller reviewPatrick was incredible to work with! We knew he and his team understood the area and unique niche of clientele we were marketing to. At our initial meeting he helped my daughter-in-law carry and load boxes into her vehicle that I had packed. He followed up with all matters and answered emails quickly. Patrick made himself available to meet the HVAC technician at my condo when I could not be there so that we could get all outstanding inspection items completed, which ultimately landed us at the closing table earlier than anticipated. He is respectful, polite, and always a pleasure to speak with. He made the experience easy and seamless! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor in Southern Maryland!
