There was a time where I slowed up searching but she followed up with me to see if there was anything I liked or wanted to see. This is the seventh home we have purchased (three new builds) and Alex was by far the easiest and most capable agent in our experience. She was very willing to listen AND incorporate our needs in selecting homes for us to review and visit. As first time home buyers, we needed a lot of direction, and she was able to guide us through the process in a way that was empowering and extremely satisfying. We really couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Alex was fantastic every step of the way. She always made us feel like we were in control of the process, while still being proactive and moving extremely quickly when things needed to happen. She was there for every step of the process, and made buying a home mostly via FaceTime as easy and painless as it could have been. Working with Alex Eldredge genuinely felt like working with a friend. She clearly had our best interests at heart, respected our opinions and boundaries, listened carefully to what we said, and was unfailingly polite and firm with every other professional we interacted with. She is also quite funny. 10/10, would buy again, just as soon as I have a spare $730k lying around.
