I would say the thing that stood out most to us while working with Annmarie was the assurance that she had our back and interests at the forefront throughout the process. Not once did we feel pressured and were always comfortable working through our priorities and searching for our house. She was extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to understanding our needs (better than we did as first time homebuyers). Being new to the area, Annmarie helped show us all areas we may be interested in and looking at all pros and cons of each neighborhood. She was definitely our confidant and protector throughout the process. 10 out of 10 recommend working with Annmarie!!!

Buyer reviewAnnmarie met our expectations from the beginning. From the first time we met her until we had a signed around offer was less than a week. We were buyers from our of town and spent one day driving the neighborhoods and one morning looking at three properties. A couple days later, our offer was accepted. The entire process went very smoothly.
