Seller reviewThis is the 2nd purchase I've made with Jamie in the past 6 years. This property was a flip, so financial information as far as a return on investment were critical with this sale. She walked the property, and gave design ideas that would help us capitalize on the returns on our investment. She did a little staging, and walked the property several times during the process, and always offered advice when she felt it necessary. Her expertise in the market as far as when to reduce, and when to hold firm on the asking price paid dividends. Jamie was always available to call and talk to with any concerns or ideas that we had. It was an overall great experience.
