Kelli was the absolute BEST in all categories and truly exceeded any expectations I had of this process. She was an utmost professional even when dealing with challenges. I can not speak highly enough about her professional prowess and how well she navigated every aspect of this process for us to a successful sell. She should teach her method to others in the industry. I've interfaced with so many realtors both in the military and post retirement; Kelli's way of operating, openness, integrity, and deep knowledge of the industry coupled with her collaborative mentality and dedication to keeping us informed resulted in a 2 day turnaround in finding our buyer and lifted any stress that would come from this process off of our shoulders completely. I'm grateful for her and very appreciative of her actions on our behalf. She's the best and I'll definitely use her again and again.

At the end of March I bought my second home. It wasnt the easiest process but I have the best realtor hands down in the DMV. From beginning to end I felt like we were her only clients. She made sure she broke everything down to us we didnt understand and even if we did she made sure to go over with us anyways. She has a kindred spirit and established a level of trust I didnt have with any other realtor. I knew she had our best interest in mind and it wasnt just about her getting commission on another home. She does her best to protect you as the buyer.

Kelli Chatman will always be the one who made us believe again that is is possible to be an experienced agent and at the same time, be a personable partner to us as we sought our home as a family.
