Kelly has something that cannot be taught; she understands subtext, emotion, and what the buyer/seller exactly needs. We're sure many agents read books, watch vids, and try to "learn" the how and what to do to be a good real estate agent. But Kelly has something that cannot be found in a book or anywhere else. She is hands down the best real estate agent in the market today.
