I have worked with Mary Ellen on a number of home sales and purchases, she has been exceptional. She always goes the extra mile. This is the 2nd house ME has sold for us. The current sale has been a 2 yr process. ME came over twice in the last 2 yrs to work with us on how to best get ready for a sale (but we werent even sure we were ever putting it on the mkt). The showing and sale were easy because of ME's expertise and approach to really work for us. She even provided extensive guidence (when asked) regarding our purchase of a new home in Crozet (out of her region). She reviewed contracts and helped us ask the right questions. She was the most critical and influential member of our team in our relocation. We could not have done it without her. We received an over asking price offer (2 actually) within 4 days of the listing. Signage was very tasteful. The photos/videos and brochures were lovely and really depicted our home in the best possible light. She is simply amazing. I couldnt imagine selling or buying from anyone else. There were some challenging moments with the buyer but ME professionally, kindly and diplomatically worked thru them tot everyone's satisfaction. The staff were great. We were working with staff from another company on our buy-side which was much more challenging to work with. The Century 21 staff were efficient, timely, professional and personable. She's the best! I highly recommend her.

It says a lot when your agent loses sleep the night you're waiting to hear if your offer is accepted. We can tell she truly cared about finding the house that was meant for us. Mary Ellen worked with high attention to detail at every step of our journey. As a first-time home buyer, she carefully explains aspects of the home evaluation and terms of purchase. She also went above and beyond to protect us from potential extra costs from our seller requests. She made herself available at all times and worked quickly with the seller's agent to get us answers.
