Seller reviewIf there was a rating above excellent i would put Pam in that category- selling a home is stressful Pam knows what she is doing, i had complete faith in her from the onset- she is the expert on the market, she knows what it takes to close the deal- but will also lend an ear to ease worry or trepidations-

Buyer reviewThere are so many things that I have learned while in the process of selling a home and buying a house. I went through all the range of emotions from joy to despair. The whole time Pam was with me guiding me through this process . From helping me to box, to helping me move in. She was absolutely amazing! Trustworthy, honest, reliable with integrity and purpose. I could not have asked for a better realtor. Sometimes there's just not a right word to describe somebody when they mean so much to you. Pam is one of those people. She gently reminded me to get things done and to stay on task when I needed the reminder. Work, holidays, family and friends can all get in the way from time to time. Pam has helped me to get a fresh start, a new beginning. I will forever feel grateful for her big heart. If I had to move again, I would definitely go straight to her. My realtor.

Buyer reviewWhen Bonny and I first met Pam at the beginning of our real estate search, she quickly proved herself to be a listener, caring, diligent, trustworthy, and a person who would not just be our realtor but a friend. We could not have asked for anyone better. So much so that she and her husband and my wife and I are already planning get-togethers/meals long after our business is complete. In fact, Pam and Bonny had lunch together the other day (a month after closing) and Pam helped Bonny today for many hours - to help her sort through belongings and get organized. So again, Pam is not just our realtor, but a very dear friend. If anyone we know is in the market for a new home or wishes to sell their existing home, I would do all I could to convince them to engage Pam Dillard Kirby. She is truly wonderful.

Even though she didn't know the location I was moving to, she worked very hard in her research to find listings!! She was wonderful and I will always remember and recommend her for all she has done for me during these trying times! She has total professionalism and care to help!
