You will not meet a better realtor. He puts your needs first and seems like he doesn't sleep until your home buying process is complete. Seller reviewRalph educated me in the process of home selling, and supported me the whole way through. From the stager to the cleaning crew, he was there every step of the way. He also totally worked around my crazy night shift schedule at work, and was always very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. Thanks for a great experience. Because of your expertise and helping me get top dollar for my home I was able to buy an amazing new home down South. Thanks again Ralph. What else can I say. Ralph said we will list the property on Thursday night, and have an open house on Saturday and Sunday, and we will receive multiple offers, and I believe we will be under contract at the close of the weekend. Well it happened just like he said. And we closed 2 weeks later. Amazing experience. Will definitely be recommending him to all my friends and family.

Buyer reviewBoth my son and daughter used Ralph. He had a reputation for knowing what is needed for, paying attention to details and ensuring the house meets the needs off . There were a few times that we were "ok" with letting things slide, but Ralph was a stickler and insisted we follow through. This was based on his experience of issues. Case in point, he advised we do a survey of the property, we were ok with not having one done. Turns out one of the pillars was on a neighbor's land. We were able to get this remedied prior to settlement. Ralph has become the family realtor!

He was very knowledgeable of the real estate market in our area and used that knowledge to help us determine a good price point for the sale of our house. Ralph set up a professional stager to help us make the house look the best it could be for pictures and open houses. The photographer Ralph used took amazing pictures to convey to prospective buyers how the house really looked. Through out the process Ralph helped us understand each step so we were as informed as we could be to make the right decision to help sell the house or walk away from a bad contract.
