She is amazing Viv was amazing for us and hopefully my old neighbor will be contacting her to sell his house also. Closing was super fast and easy. Viv was there with is the whole time explaining all the paperwork along with the title company. She was very professional amd easy to talk to. She took the time to explain all the processes since this was our first time selling a house. She was very patient and answered all our questions.
