Rett Harmon is the owner of the newly established Century 21 branch, Novus Realty. As well as being the owner of the branch, Rett is an active sales agent with specialty in commercial investment opportunities, rental and residential properties, and land lots. Rett, also plays a key role in the property management division.
Rett earned his Georgia Real Estate license in 2001 as a junior at the University of West Georgia. He also holds an Alabama R.E. License. Rett has been a consistent top producer in sales of residential, land and commercial property, he has gained substantial experience and recognition of the development of real estate. Rett is all about the breaking down and simplifying of processes to achieve high success constantly.
Rett grew up not far from Carrollton, GA in the relatively neighboring city of Newnan, GA, and from there Rett, as previously stated earlier, went to obtain his college degree at the University of West Georgia. A little further down the road, Rett found and married his wife Jennifer. They eventually had three children: Lola, Wyatt, and Holt. Rett avidly expresses his passion for the outdoors by taking his family to Lake Wedowee and just spending some of his free time in the woods. Overall, Rett lives for family, friends, and fellowship.
Curtis North is a principal of Century 21 Novus Realty. He serves as the Georgia and Alabama qualifying broker for the company and specializes in the sale of commercial and investment properties, farms, and land. In addition to the leadership that he provides in the sales department, Curtis also plays a vital role in the thriving Novus Realty property management division.
Curtis holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of West Georgia. He began his real estate career in March 1995 and his 15 years experience as a managing broker. He has been recognized as a Top Producer by the West Metro Board of Realtors annually since 1997. Curtis is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers.
Curtis is a native of Carrollton where he still resides with his wife and three daughters. He is an avid outdoorsman and values spending time with family and friends. Curtis has devoted countless volunteer hours to coaching softball and investing in the lives of children in the community.

Donna currently handles many aspects of real estate including listing and selling residential, land, and commercial properties. She has also found great success in short sales. Donna plays a key role in the day to day operations of the team.

She is a 2012 graduate of the Georgia REALTORS Leadership Academy, a member of the National Association of Realtors, and has served as President of the West Metro Board of Realtors in 2013. Donna is a consistent top producer in real estate. Due to her 10 consecutive years as a top producer, Donna was honored with the Phoenix Award in 2006. She was the Broker and Owner of Harrison Realty from 1996 to 2009 and worked for Remax and prudential before joining the sales team at Duffey Realty. Because of the knowledge and insight Donna gained from working in various company models, she is able to better serve her clients and exceeds their expectations.
Donna has two children, Brandon and Ashley; a daughter-in-law, Dakota; and a grandson, Mason. She resides with her daughter in Bremen, Georgia. Donna enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves to travel and spend time at the lake whenever possible. She is an avid Atlanta Falcons fan and loves to attend home games with her family.

She is a member of Georgia REALTORS and National Association of REALTORS.
Connie is a native of the West Georgia area and resides in Bremen with her dog, Chelsea. She has two children, Justin and Jessie, and a daughter in-law, Erica, who also reside in West Georgia. Connie loves spending time with family and friends. She enjoys traveling, gardening, weekends at Lake Wedowee, and attending the Atlanta Falcons home games.
Stacey Wylie has had a true passion for real estate since she attended her first tour of homes as a little girl! She set out to chase her dreams and after obtaining her Bachelor's degree in Real Estate at the University of West Georgia (GO WOLVES!), she began her career. During this time, she met her partner in crime to whom she calls her husband and they happily settled down together in Carrollton, the town that they fell in love with.
Stacey's affiliation with the University of West Georgia has landed her with a lot of first-time home buyers. Some may call it the "FTHB niche". She says that, " There is no greater joy than handing the keys over at closing to an ecstatic FTHB". Kara graduated from the University of West Georgia in 2014 with a Bachelor's in Marketing and a certificate in Advertising. She received her real estate license shortly after graduation, as a salesperson.
Kara has grown up in Carrollton, Georgia and this city has always been her home.
