Having spent most of my life in the SoCal area, I feel I am very knowledgeable about the areas I service. As a teen, I lived through my family's relocation to England, and that experience has given me the ability to understand firsthand all the emotion and adjustments that these transferring families go through. As the wife of a retired Army LTC, with 24 years of military service, I have the ability to understand the process through the eyes of the military serviceman and his family. All this life experience, coupled with my real estate experience makes me one relatable agent. In fact, I refer to myself as a "relational agent". An agent that isn't just here for the life of the initial transaction, but rather one that will be with you "for life". My many reviews often echo the sentiment of how I treat my clients as family. And as such, I have received many referrals from these "new family members". She cared so much about making sure the entire transaction went smoothly. I do not drive and Ann was so kind to take care of a couple errands for me. She is absolutely the best realtor I have ever met. She really knows her stuff. If you are looking for a full-service realtor, then look no further.
