Personal Profile
A California girl born and raised Holly grew up on the Central Coast. Working in the family plumbing and pipe fitting new construction business she learned building basics as well as small business office management and her father taught her a little about buying land and building homes on it - the seed was planted.In 1983 Holly moved to Orange County and attended Orange Coast college focusing on Accounting Principles. When she moved Holly had the good fortune of landing a job at a high tech company, Emulex Corporation, thanks to her early experience working in the family business. Working at Emulex exposed her to contract management with original equipment manufacturers both domestically and internationally. From there Holly was recruited by Kofax Image Products (inventor of document scanning technology for the personal computer) to set up their Sales Administration department, managed the worldwide Sales Administration and eventually became the Marketing Channels Program Manager. The company ?went public? and she got to participate in that amazing experience as well.On the personal side, during her tenure at Kofax she married, had two children and purchased her first home in San Clemente in 1995, very exciting! The Real Estate seed began to grow. Having always loved Real Estate Holly decided to become a Realtor in 2006, took the required courses passed the State exam and obtained her first Real Estate License in January of 2007. That same month she officially hung her license with Century 21 in San Clemente and is still working out of that office 15 years later. Real Estate Rocks!!

Holly exhibited at all times integrity, loyalty, sincere enthusiasm, excellent communication to the me/client and often, she was proactive with the sale and process, listened, knew the local market/area, was client motivated and completely understood the overall need of the sale that included other difficult beneficiaries to the Trust sale. It is also important to note the condition of the house. The house is an extremely 'emotional' house. My mentally impaired brother had been living in the home since our last parent passed almost three years ago and refused to let anyone in the home and trust me when I say--the house required a lot of courage and strength to enter into it. And Holly entered the house often! I am 69 years old and have owned many homes and worked with many other real estate agents, and none of them compare, or come close to all the excellent qualities that Holly Mitchell has!!!!
