She is super knowledgeable about the in's and out's of real estate, always going the extra mile for her clients no matter what it takes. For example, after contacting her on a property I was interested in seeing on a late Saturday afternoon, she was able to set up a video walk through for the following day, Sunday. This might not seem like a big deal to some, but when you live out of state, it makes up close and personal real estate viewing complicated. JoAnne got in to the property, did a whole video walk through with me, and we put in an offer that Sunday evening. I woke up Monday morning to a text message from her that, " Congratulations, you just bought a house…." Jo Anne Amoura makes things happen! In addition to being a realtor extraordinaire, she is very personable. There is absolutely no other realtor except Jo Anne that I would have represent me in the Omaha area!
