Ruth is great. Plain and simple. I've be dealing with agents for quite some and have seen my fair share (20+ agents in the last 20 years). I would rank her #1. No shortcomings. Truthful, helpful, knowledgeable, patient and kind. She has the perfect balance between the buyer and seller. Complete follow through from start to finish. Everything from start-up going into escrow from closing, and after. I still get calls (not sales), just to ask "how is everything going?". Who does that anymore? TRUTHFUL: No hidden tricks, hidden fees, back-end dealing. Simple and straight to the point. I never felt like there was something strange happening in the background. HELPFUL: Lots of questions, without making it feel like it's a burden. I always had a lot of questions and never had the feeling I was a bother. KNOWLEDGEABLE: Escrow, documents, loans, notaries, appraisals, closing. Ruth knows it all. I have never once had to research what something was or ask around. It was a simple phone call with a very well explained response. PATIENT: Ruth has the timing down perfect. Considerate, not pushy. She always was willing to work with my schedule and work around scheduling challenges. KIND: Meet with me on multiple occasions and always made me feel like there was something more important to do. Full attention and consideration for my time. If you have the chance to work with Ruth, I highly recommend her. No other agent comes close.

Ruth did a great job! She sold two properties for me at the same time. There were many issues with the property that only came into light during the sale that she was able to manage all on her own. She was essentially doing the job of an agent and a manager at the same time. She also speaks Spanish which helped when communicated with contractors and the buyer. She works very hard and you can tell she loves what she does. I would recommend her to anyone because she gets the job done.
