She eased our concerns and answered our questions with such comfort, she made us feel like family! Through out the process she kept us well-informed and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were taken care of. It wasn't a simple sale but Denise didn't let up until we got the deal and felt comfortable with the outcome. She made it look easy!
