I saw a listing Diane had at a price point similar to what we thought our house could sell for, and so I called her. I knew she was the agent for us from our first phone call. She was friendly, positive, understanding of our area, and always professional - explaining the process to me on that first call. I felt right then that she was the realtor for us and that she would always be realistically honest about what we should list at. As we waited for offers on the house, she was unwaveringly optimistic - and sure enough - spring came, and the house sold - just as she said it would. We are very happy and thankful for the wonderful "Angell" that came into our life! If we were asked for a 5-star rating, we would give Diane a 10!
