Buyer reviewMy son and daughter-in-law referred me to Thomas as we searched for second home in Iowa from out of state. Considered other options until speaking with Thomas initially and then meeting him in person before engaging in house shopping. Difficult to do when out of state - until we worked with Thomas. He was outstanding, communicative, thoughtful, asked the right questions and explored what might be a good fit before starting to show us actual property listings from afar in a consistent but not overwhelming basis. He gets it, he wanted it to be right, understood what we were looking for, stayed engaged until the right property in the right neighborhood within our specs appeared and he made sure we spent the time confirming it would work for us. Above and beyond - he showed great care and professionalism. Outstanding realtor working in the Des Moines and surrounding communities he knew very well.
