Ken Riley priced the house for sale and it sold quickly. He showed the house several times in the brief period before we had a buyer. Everything went smoothly as the house went through escrow. I was impressed with Ken's professionalism and his trustworthiness. Even though the reasons for selling were sad, Ken made everything go smoothly through a difficult time.
