Throughout the entire process, Calile was attentive, detailed, patient, caring, and trustworthy beyond measure. She was very patient with us as we were narrowing down our options and figuring out exactly what we wanted in this challenging market. Her attention to detail was extremely valuable to us especially as new home buyers and there were several issues that she noticed with build and construction quality that we wouldn't have identified and we appreciated her guidance in how to move forward as we saw homes. We enjoyed working with her so much that it when we decided to find a home for my parents, she was the only realtor we called. It was great to know we could rely on her for knowledgeable advice and careful consideration of my parents' unique needs. Beyond helping us find a great home at a great price, Calile also worked with the sellers agent to secure repairs and negotiate on the price when the house didn't appraise. Her work made our move much smoother, and left us with very little to fix ourselves, so we could concentrate on getting my parents settled in.
