Buyer reviewI had a special escrow experience because I purchased a home that was in probate court. I set a close date of 7/28/2023, but the process did not allow escrow to close until 9/22/2023. Almost an additional 2 months. Not only did Angela continue to reassure me and encourage me to hold tight, she on the another hand always let me know we could continue to look at other properties. It was always about me, and because I looked at so many houses (April thru July), she was great writing down what I liked about this house or didn't like about that house, etc. We became friends from the constant over the months and I simply love her she was the best. My property purchase experience was phenomenal and ANGELA RUIZ is responsible for that!
