Seller reviewI've bought and sold many properties before and have never had a realtor as brilliant, communicative, knowledgeable, and all things good as Caitlin. She valued my home so much more than I thought I could get and with her staging, marketing, and people skills we had multiple offers the first weekend. If there was an issue, she had it solved before I even know about it. I have recommended her to everyone I know and almost wish I had another house to sell so I could work with her again.
