Seller reviewClaude Delgado is an excellent person to work with, he is very conientious, trustworthy and professional. He works hard and is very kind, I have never worked with a better agent before or human being who goes out of his way to service his clients. I only had 2 disagreeements with Claude on the many contractors and service people he referred and 1 surprise in Closing Escrow not knowing how to fillout tax papers for the trust, but luckily I got a hold of the CPA before finalizing documents. Otherwise, Claude has helped me through the complete stages of prepping our parent's home for sale from the very beginning to the very end, with an impressive result in the closing price and timeframe of sale.
