When I didn't have the time to get out to the property to do things, she was out there doing it without me even having to ask <3 Could not ask for a better realtor!!! She made everything as smooth as possible (we had to work with tenants, and it was not ideal), but we got it done! So happy with Cris!

We looked at several houses and he was very honest with us about house locations wheather they where good or bad and was very knowledgeable about the inspections we needed when getting the house. The final product he was able to find us was a beutiful house inside our budget that fits my wife and I perfectly. We would hands down use Art and his team again they where awesome and they really treat you like you are apart of their family. The mortgage team was always on top of everything and answered every question we had along the process.
