Dan handled my needs with paitence and guidance and fought for me in negotiations and advised me on what I should be receiving, and acceptable time frames. Dan is my 1st realtor and my last realtor. Buying a home for the 1st time can be scary, you hear horror stories about careless realtors, just looking to close the deal , just to get the commission, thats not how Dan operated.
