As a Military Relocation Professional, I specialize in working with veterans that are transferring to Maryland from all over the world. I am often their eyes and ears during the entire home buying process as many of them don't see their new home until they're in the USA for settlement. That level of service requires a tremendous amount of trust in me as a Realtor, and I don't take that lightly. Buyer reviewWorking with Dionne was great! Being a highly anxious first time homebuyer, she was able to calm those fears almost immediately. I should mention that I had some "home buying PTSD" due to an attempt over 20 years ago. Dionne assured me of the process, while being honest & transparent with me about my financial reality. This helped me to focus on what was "for me" without unrealistic expectations. She was patient and made it a point to not pressure me into accepting something, making me feel like I would be settling. She reminded me that this was "my dream" and made sure I got what I wanted, as I'd be living this dream! I strongly commend Dionne for being a first class, top-notch, knowledgeable real estate professional. Not only does she hold immense institutional knowledge, she is also well-versed in the area. 10s across the board!!!
