Erik Bremer not only understood the market, he also understood the memories tied to every room. Erik's compassion and professionalism made all the difference. He helped me set realistic expectations when selling my childhood home, which needed quite a bit of TLC. He was honest about what buyers would be looking for and kept me updated every step of the way. My childhood home received several offers in the first week of being placed on the market and sold within the first month of listing. Seller reviewErik did a great job with our sale. We had some huge unexpected repairs in the middle of our first escrow which caused a big delay in the sale. Erik did a great job mitigating the issues at hand through his excellent communication skills and industry knowledge. The overall experience was difficult due to in controllable circumstances, but Erik was professional throughout the process, helpint walk us through every detail. Without the issues we would've closed within a few weeks of putting our house on the market. We all were glad we had him throughout the process and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy person and fantastic realtor!

He never made us feel rushed or unheard. He was always kind and honest and had our best interest in the sale of our home. He is absolutely the best Realtor we have ever had. He sold our home to the very 1st people that ever looked at it. We were fortunate and didn't even have to have open house or show it to anyone else. Everything went so smooth. We referred him to our daughter who is selling her home. Through him too.
