From our first interaction, Fran was incredibly warm, welcoming, and considerate of our specific situation and needs. It did not take long to see that Fran was not only all of those things, but a whole lot more. Our family immediately knew that her knowledge and professionalism would get the job done. Fran made sure to include us in every decision... every step of the way. However, we would have been completely at ease entrusting the process to her entirely.
