Seller reviewThere were no negatives throughout the sales process, Prior to listing Ron was a great source of information...regarding preparing the house for sale, "spiffing" it up, and really making both inside, and outside, sparkle ( Including some touchups I hadn't considered). His recommendations regarding the backyard and pool/spa were "spot on". The result...we recieved the offer of the first day of the open house,,,BINGO! Ron also prepared all the documention for the assessor's office, to protect our tax base under Prop 13!! We've told friends...and family (and anyone else who'd listen) about our success with Ron.
