Seller reviewThis is my second time working with Keegan to sell my home. Everything from top to bottom was a top level experience. He was very realistic & accurate as to fair market value & how quickly he was thinking we could get it sold. He was very helpful & knowledgeable about every step in the process which made selling the house an absolutely breeze & im very happy with the outcome of his services. Buyer reviewOur experience with Keegan was outstanding start to finish. As first time home buyers, my fiance and I were very aprehenisive. Keegan and his team were patient and did not pressure us at any point. He was insightful answering any and all questions, even bringing to our attention things that we had over looked. He and his team were always available to talk and kept us in the loop every step of the way. His inspector Steve Perone saved us a large amount of money in repairs, identifying a sever shower leak in such a tight crawl space many inspectors would not dare to go into. We could not have asked for a better outcome, paying 30k under asking, a seller credit, and all repairs paid for by seller... WOW! We will be recommending Keegan to anyone looking to sell or buy real estate and look forward to doing business with him in the future. Thanks Keegan!
