I have lived in Fayette County since 1991. I truly love it here and that makes my job and "The Sale" so exciting and fun. I lived in Miami, Florida for 18 years. I am a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Florida and Georgia. I am a graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Interiors & Housing (Interior Design). That experience and degree have helped me tremendously in my real estate career with both sellers (staging homes) and buyers (visualizing & remodeling ideas).

Being a first time homebuyer meant that I brought very little knowledge to the table; but Kristina significantly made up for that in our process of buying our first home. Her connections, experience, and local knowledge far exceeded my expectations. It is also important to note that we were not local in the area while finalizing any deals; her effective communication allowed us to move swiftly on the house of our dreams, while not having to shift focus from our daily lives. Kristina knows the area, understands the current market, and took the time to learn about our goals and expectations. Whenever the time comes for us to sell and/or buy another property my first and only call be to her!
