Seller reviewOur condo hadn't been sold for 6 months. The former agent didn't want to represent us anymore. Aren't we lucky to have CENTURY 21 Redwood Realty to represent us since September. Tracey Barrett and Latoria Logan wasted no time to get our condo staged which looked tasteful and appealing with good choices of colors, textures and simple furniture. Then immediately had professional photography and definitely helped our home stand out. Latoria helped coordinate professional cleaning, helped with the final touches and made the condo spotless. She held two open houses afterwards. With Tracey's leadership and Latoria's diligent work we received multiple offers within 2 weeks and sold it within a month. Such speedy selling is uncomprehensive in our mind. Latoria was very responsive, patient, competent and helpful to any questions we had. Sometimes it's midnight and she's still responded to our questions in emails. It's a wonderful experience working with Latoria and Tracy.
