Buyer reviewTo whom it may concern, I am an Active Duty Service Member and my family and I purchased our first home all the way from Gruam. This was a monumental task as we were very concerned with buying a house virtually, we did not know much about the home buying process and we were moving to our new duty station in three months. We were referred to Marcus and Century 21 from Navy Federals realtor referral program. Marcus was very professional, catered to our needs and was very responsive to any questions despite the time difference of 14 hours. My wife you have questions and anxiety at 8PM and text Marcus and he would respond within 5 minutes. Marcus would virtualy show us properties every week paying close consideration to our needs and at no point did we ever feel rushed or like it would be impossible to find what we were looking for within our budget and our needs. I could actually write alot more positive notes but am character linited. He did an amazing job. We are completly satisfied.

Throughout the entire process he was patient and took the time to listen to what we wanted and only showed us properties that had what we wanted. Not once was he rude or impolite, which was important to me. I greatly appreciated his professionalism and dedication to me and my family, he made us feel as if we were his TOP PRIOTITY and we knew that he had several other clients as well. But we never felt as if he was not giving us his full undivided attention. Thank you Mr. Marcus for making my wife and I dream come through with this beautiful home.
