Hi! My name is Martha Surbida and I am currently working in beautiful Orange County as a Realtor, with Century 21 Rainbow Realty in Laguna Woods, California. I love working with people maximizing their financial investments in Real Estate.
I hold a Senior Resident Real Estate Specialist Designation since 2010. I am also bilingual in Spanish. I am a graduate of University of La Verne. My previous experience has been in teaching for many years and as Director of Employee/Employer Relations, negotiating with Labor Unions, which is a great skill in Real Estate transactions to obtain the top dollar price in buying and/or in selling properties. I love what I do and most of all I love to help you find your dream home or sell your home to reinvest in a property that brings you joy.

Seller reviewI was thinking of buying in Laguna Woods, and my friend Donna kept recommending me to use Martha as my agent, because of her knowledge of the area, that she trusts her, and she will take the time to show me around the area. I was going to use my agent that I've known for many years to sell my house in Lake Forest. After Donna introduced us and spoke so highly of Martha, we all looked at places in Laguna Woods. Donna was right about Martha's knowledge of the area. She gave me so much information, and drove me around and that meant alot to me. I decided to hire Martha as my agent to sell my house in Lake Forest too. Martha also helped find a rental in Laguna Woods for me, like she did for Donna. I'm glad Donna pushed me to go with Martha. I'm very satisfied with Martha's professionalism, care, and knowledge, and plan to work with her again.
