Sue referred me to the Chico office since the Paradise office had burned down like the rest of the town. Sue had to stay with family in Reno Nevada and couldn't show houses until she could return. I met Olivia at the Chico office and she is a charming personable go getter who knows Chico well. Olivia had to work harder and longer to find a house for me because of the fire 25,000 other Paradise residents were also looking to buy a house at the same time. It was real estate insanity, houses going on the market and selling in just hours after being listed. Olivia never gave up, remained positive and persevered. She shared her knowledge and expertise with me to make the best offer and I got the house. I'm very happy with my new home and now looking back realize just what an incredible job Olivia did. After losing not only my home to the fire, but my entire community I was a little dazed and confused but Olivia was patient and kind and determined to find a home for me. Now I live 5 minutes from my grand kids!
