Seller reviewI was very impressed with the marketing statedgy for selling the property. The listing was teased for about a week and then went live with an Open House. We got the ofgfer we ultimately accepted those first few days. Patrick also kept us up to date with exactly what was going on each step of the way and his valuation of the property and what we would receive from the sale were spot on.
