thinks a lot!helped a lot!i liked he talk to list agent many time more than uausly case need,those two house is really hard to buy ,cus the list agent ask too many need and the seller change mind too many times? he helped every single time then there is new problem?this house is most diffculty to buy in my life time .we are negotiate with seller more then 3month ,there are 14lien on this house and more then 17 things need fix on each one, even we need call water and power company to find out the saller own over $2700 to the water company,and they did not check the sewer ,so william have to help me call sewer company check then we find out need $6000to fix the sewer .there is many thing he helped ,such is the escrow forgot give the 8unit tenants deposit money to me ?there are so many things happen ,if my agent did not put all attention to this case I don't think I can get the house with fully understanding. I hope more people like me have such agent don't afraid problems. And help us get house with good price and help us go through every steps.
