PARSIPPANY, N.J. (March 20, 2011) — Century 21 Real Estate LLC, the franchisor of the world’s largest residential real estate sales organization, today announced a new agreement with YouReach Media to provide a comprehensive online social media training program for CENTURY 21® System members.

“Our agreement with YouReach Media provides a powerful, interactive, social media instruction platform for real estate professionals,” said Dr. Christina Murphy, senior director, learning and development, Century 21 Real Estate LLC. “CENTURY 21 sales professionals will maximize their ability to leverage the power of social media and maximize their presence on multiple social media platforms.”

YouReach Media training is designed to enable CENTURY 21 professionals to work at a steady pace that won’t interfere with their busy work schedule. Upon completion of the program, CENTURY 21 System members will have the tools to implement their social strategy across multiple platforms and from their mobile phones.

“You don’t get to choose today’s media landscape. This is the landscape we have and simply learning to ‘Facebook’ or ‘Twitter’ is not enough,” said Jim Marks, partner, YouReach Media. “Real estate professionals must learn how to influence prospects and create an online reputation that not only gains business, but keeps business from going elsewhere.”

The training model provides a comprehensive 24-week online training program designed to help real estate professionals:

  • Build an online reputation that will convert business from Internet searchers,
  • Create high-touch programs to retain and grow their network while gaining incremental business through referrals, and
  • Develop a powerful social media presence

“Social media platforms are continuously changing, and we are striving to help our CENTURY 21 real estate professionals stay one step ahead in this competitive market,” added Murphy. “We believe this educational agreement will help our affiliated agents thrive in the social media space, and do so in a convenient and engaging way.”
