Century 21 Real Estate LLC announced today that it will offer a new professional development audio series to its network of more than 146,000 brokers and sales associates via podcast. In a unique partnership with Terri Murphy, best-selling author and entrepreneur, the CENTURY 21 Learning System® is bringing informative and motivational interviews with well-known authors and real estate industry experts to its busy System members.
System real estate professionals interested in pursuing learning opportunities will be able to download these audio files to their personal computer or MP3 player from the CENTURY 21 Learning System Web site which is accessed through 21Online.com, the CENTURY 21® member intranet site.
The CLS Podcast Series will feature audio interviews by Murphy with notable real estate industry and business leaders, including: Verl Workman, Mark Sanborn, Walter Sanford, Barbara Schwarz and Don Hutson. The audio programs will include such topics as "Business Planning and Goal Attainment," "Extraordinary Customer Service," "Agent Profitability," "Staging a Listing," and "Selling Value to Consumers."
"The CENTURY 21 Learning System has built its reputation on finding innovative ways to deliver our award-winning training," said Tom Kunz, president and CEO of Century 21 Real Estate LLC. "The podcast series is a perfect example of how the CENTURY 21 brand continues to leverage innovation and technology in order to benefit its System members and ultimately the consumers they serve."
In September 2006, Century 21 Real Estate LLC became the first national real estate franchise to offer educational podcasts to consumers for free via its Web site, www.century21.com. These consumer-focused audio segments feature a radio program format and are approximately 15 minutes in length.
"Based on the response that we've seen from our consumer-focused podcasts on Century21.com, creating a similar education-based program for our sales professionals through the CENTURY 21 Learning System was the next logical step," said Kunz
