The landowner also shared photos of backyard bucks, including a full bachelor group from years past. Hunting here carries history that the locals know well-and if we talk sometime, I'll share one of those stories with you. It's a dandy. LOCATION & TERRAIN This property sits in what I will call the "Bradbury Square," lying between Bradbury on State Route 124 and State Route 7, it is just one big block of woods. The area is known for strong deer numbers, and the land reflects the diversity of the terrain with a flat creek bottom along Thomas Fork, a rocky steep grade, and a level ridgetop plateau. The property is split into two sections: top and bottom. Access between them is limited, but there are possibilities. The neighboring owner has expressed openness to discussing an easement or selling additional acreage to improve accessibility. There is road frontage, but no bridge is currently in place to cross Thomas Fork. You are a straight shot to Athens, Ohio as this property nearly sets at the corner of State Route 124 and State Route 7 it makes for an easy commute, just South of US 33. TIMBER & WILDLIFE HABITAT On the bottom land you'll find mature hardwoods of mixed species. The top section was previously timbered and is now regenerating with thick growth ideal for bedding cover. While walking through, I observed many rabbits, which shows the property also supports strong small-game habitat alongside the whitetail population.
