Buyer reviewAaron was top tier. Anytime I had a question he answered it fast and didn't make it feel uncomfortable with the type of questions I asked due to it being my first time buying a home. A driven individual who has sheer persistence. I would highly recommmed him to anybody looking to go through the process. If there was a Beyond Excellent column I'd check it off. Terrific service. Great personality, felt like a friend but also kept it real professional. My next home purchase will definitely be Aaron again.

Seller reviewAaron Chima is an excellent real estate agent. He oversaw all things that had to be done after tenant moved out before we could put property on the market, which was trash removal, painting, flooring & a few repairs. He worked with the contractors to make sure things ran smoothly and were done when was expected. He kept us informed of the progress with contractors each day and then with the buyers/agent. He came to our home each time we needed to do something and we appreciated it so much. Can't say enough good things about Aaron Chima and the way he handled the sale of our property and wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Also, would like to say Tony Ruiz is a terrific Broker too and helped us so much when we first put property on the market, as we had issues with the tenant moving out and took them over 6months to leave.
