Buyer reviewI stumbled on Alan Jay on the site Zillow and instantly knew that I was sticking with him. He was honest about what he thought, extremely knowledeable and always there when I had questions. This was my first time buying a home and it was a huge deal and he was beyond helpful every step of the way. We would walk into a house and he would instately be able to tell me things he noticed about the house that I would never of known about. He made this whole process a breaze and always set my mind at ease about different things that popped up. I know that I could never say enough good things about him! Absolutely beyond pleased with him and would love to work with him again.

Alan was everything you would want in a realtor - understanding of your wants and needs, great expertise in real estate, extremely knowledgeable and very on top of things with regards to paperwork, represents you strongly in negotiations, and also honest and truly cares that you are making the best decision for YOU, more than just making a quick sale. Buyer reviewVery VERY, analytical and thinker of how words would get read in offers and counters. The impact of words and the way he developed repoir with seller agent even though did not know the agent previously was impressive!! Provided differing ideas and perspectives for me to consider when deciding on what wanted or not and prices to offer. Very positive experience. Agent was on time all the time waiting for me. The motto "if you are on time you are late" comes to mind. He was always early and waiting. When buying a property I would recommend Alan Jay Robinson. Its not just showing and selecting properties, it is all about the art of the deal and making it happen which Alan excelled at from A to Z, in other words from showing to closing!!!!
