Working with Ms. Barile was a pleasure. She educated us before we went with Century 21 and let us know of the process we would be working with before we made a decision to go with Century 21. Then once we chose Century 21 and knew we would have Ms. Barile as our sales agent the sales process went smoothly as she handled all the buyer negotiations as she worked with us. Since we had previously done our homework over a year prior to listing our home with a sales agent, (Ms. Barile had sold a home in our Subdivision a year earlier and we had communicated with her that in a year or so we would be listing our home for sale and were researching sales agents a year prior to listing our home) we knew that we wanted Ms. Barile to be our sales agent. If Ms. Barile had gone to a different real estate company we would have been using her services with that real estate company. The fact that Ms. Barile works through Century 21 is a testament on how much consideration we put into the person.

Angel Barile was an absolute joy to work with! She was extremly responsive and notified us of every update and process step along the way. She remained calm and was attentive to all of our needs.
