This is my first time purchasing a home, so I needed a lot of guidance and had a lot of questions throughout the entire process. Anna was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond many, many times for me and my family. She was very professional and very kind/compassionate, which is important to me. She immediately helped me feel comfortable upon meeting her in person and also over the phone prior to meeting. I have an anxiety disorder and Anna was very patient and understanding of this. I could NOT have gotten a better broker, I know that much. I feel quite blessed to have crossed paths with her for this new journey for my family. The call back from the very beginning was on point and she was very kind over the phone from the get go. I really hope someone lets her know that she's not only great at her job, but that she's also an amazing person. I feel that Century 21 is quite lucky to have her. I would recommend Anna Lucero to anyone that needs help purchasing a home! She's thorough, patient, very knowledgeable and if she doesn't know the answer immediately, she gets it for you quickly.
