When reaching out to realtors in search for an open house, I did not know that I was reaching out to realtors representing sellers. This is my first home purchase, so I was aloof. After emailing a few realtors, Antonio reached out to me (I don't know how he got my information, but glad he did) to let me know I needed someone to represent me and that he wanted to be that guy. Antonio helped my wife and I through the process of looking at homes, negotiating on the home we wanted (to the tunes of 5k less than asking), and was with us all the way to closing. The best thing about Antonio was how personable he was. Often times, I was speaking to a friend instead of someone who was just doing business with me. Antonio was also available 24/7. I could call him any hour of the day and he was available. He helped us through every meating and signature. Running out of available characters now. I hope to upgrade from my starter home in the future, and I can't wait to use Antonio again.

Antonio has been amazing from start to finish. The selling process was seamless. He has great communication, answers all questions promptly, very professional, delivers accurate information and is transparent. I have no problem trusting him and he truly did have my best interest at heart (which is appreciated). This experience was very peaceful and caused me no stress--not to mention in two states over.
