Arnel helped me out with the sale of my home recently. This is my second time working with Arnel because the first time was a sensational experience. I thought the prior experience was great, but the 2nd time around blew me away in a positive way. Arnel was exceptional once again. I can say without any hesitation that Arnel is one of the finest individuals that I have worked with. Arnel proved again that Trust was sustained strongly and the trust and confidence factor was very significant to me when it comes to any real estate transaction. The Trust and confidence I had in him were extraordinary just like a family member. From the beginning stages to the very end of the sale process, Arnel always made me feel very encouraged that everything was going to work out. Although at certain times we faced some adversity, Arnel always had a solution and his problem-solving skills were unprecedented. To begin with, to any and all of you who are looking for a home, hang tough! It's not easy, but it is worth everything you go through.August 2016
That being said, I can't even begin to express how happy my fiancé and I are! Arnel made buying a home so simple. When deciding to buy a home, we were very nervous and skeptical. We heard so many horror stories about bad realtors and buying a home, getting into it, and it being a complete disaster. Needless to say we were very worried. Arnel made everything extremely easy. He walked us through the whole process. From his great loan officers to next steps, he was always there with advice and knowledge.
Arnel took the time to figure out what we wanted in a home, what our price range was and really took into consideration everything we ever told him. He never once tried to pressure us into looking at a house over our budget, nor did he ever say that we wouldn't find what we were looking for in that range. He answered every single one of our questions (of which we had many, as you can imagine) without even once getting impatient or upset. He was so understanding and related to what it's like to buy a first home. He constantly kept us up to date on everything going on. After having our offer accepted, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was going smoothly. Every time there was an update, I was getting a text or an email explaining what was going on and what to be on the lookout for.
After we had the keys to our house he still checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. He made sure we had no further questions, and were beginning our transition nicely. If it was a possibility, we would want to buy another house just to be able to have Arnel as the realtor! I have found my realtor for life, whether it be buying or selling. There is no doubt as to who I'm calling. I'm so happy we found the home of our dreams. I can't express how thankfully we are to have worked with you Arnel! Thank you again!!!

I was selling property of my deceased aunt as an executor of her will. I live two hours away, and have great difficulty traveling to Sacramento. The house needed work as my aunt couldn't keep it up as well as she would have liked to.November 2015
I chose Arnel because an internet search showed him to be the busiest guy in the area. I figured he must be doing something right. I needed to be able to have him handle pretty much everything since I was so far away. He was my eyes and ears in Sacramento.
Working with Arnel was a breeze. He accommodated my time and always got back to me quickly. Most important I could tell Arnel was on my side, looking out for my interests. This made it easy to trust his advice and judgement. I don't always feel that way with brokers.
Arnel gave good advice on what to do to maximize our return; how to price, what to fix, how to choose the best of 6 offers, etc. Needless to say we are very happy with his quick sale at a great price.

I do believe that Centuary 21 is very selective when hiring their sales and office staff and that is the reason that I called Centuary 21 in the first place. Fortunately, for me it was Arnel Augustin, who called me back after I left a message. I contacted 4 companies and only heard back from 2 in a timely fashion, and 1 never returned my call. Arnel was caring, knowledgable, prepared and understanding of where I was coming from in selling a property that had been in our family for over 90 years. Our short-sale case was so special. Without the help of Arnel Augustin and his team, my wife and I would still be stuck in limbo. We started our process with the bank in February, 2008 just before the market went South. Arnel and his team took on the challenge of helping us at the end of 2014.
