Fate brought us to Spokane in the form of orders for my husband, Al, who has been active duty Air Force for 13years. We have moved a lot, but absolutely fell in love with this growing city and decided to make Spokane our home indefinitely. Our 3 children have never been happier. After developing a passion for real estate by buying, renovating, and selling homes with my husband, I knew I wanted to help others accomplish their real estate goals as well. The success I have enjoyed has come from spending time listening closely to my clients, understanding their needs, and helping them achieve their goals. She got rid of all the initial anxiety my wife and I had on the first day of walking through our home. She came in confident professional. We came up with a plan. She was able to really move on her feet with changes to our marketing for the home. Told us exactly what would get us a good price and the quickest sell we couldn't have done it without her.

When me and my Husband decided we wanted to buy a home like seriously buy a home it was about 8:00PM at night and I got on CENTURY 21 Beutler & Associates and starting submitting information for our needs and a few questions later we matched with Ashley. When I tell you she is on it I mean she is on it I got a call about 5 minutes after with her ready to hit the ground running! We looked at homes the very next day. She made the process so easy by working around our busy work schedules and answering every crazy question we had. It took us about a month but we found our dream home and she jumped on it right away not only that she got us the best deal we could imagine. Closing cost, realtor fees, 2 years home warranty, and a brand new roof all covered by the sellers. I don't think we could find anyone more attentive, kind and knowledgeable to help us buy our home.
