Seller reviewBrandon Penados was willing to continue with us as our agent for 7 months even though our properties were seriously over-priced and we had very few inquiries. Nevertheless, Brandon eventually found a buyer and after helping us configure reasonable terms, a sale was consummated with a win-win for all concerned. Brandon is an honest and good man, who knows how to represent people even when both the seller and the buyer are using him as their agent. Not an easy job.
