Stacy was/is remarkable! She totally paid attention to my needs and wants and delivered on all points! I found the perfect home for me with Stacy's help! Stacy worked with my realtor in northern California and together we were able to sell my home in northern california and buy my home in southern california with close of escrow just 1 day apart! Amazing! For someone who has never sold a house, let alone bought a house at the same time together they made it as smoth as possible. I'm so grateful to Stacy for her guidance and assistance throughout this process as I know nothing of the market in the south! I will 100% recommend Stacy to all my friends and anyone interested in real estate in southern california! She is the BEST!

Stacy Feltman did an excellent job; in helping us identify the area we wanted to live in, and then guiding us to find a property that met our requirements. She was very patient with us, and very accessible in person and by phone, even at night and on weekends. We appreciated all her efforts in helping us find our home over many months of looking. She was proficient in answering our many questions and queries and showed us numberous properties. She was very professional. Even through disappointments and discouragements, she never failed to be positive, upbeat and encouraging. It was clear that her priority was finding the best property match for us.
